Apply a rotation to sdata object elements + [obs_x,obs_y] sdata.table.obs + sdata.table.obsm[obsm_key]

sdata (
SpatialData) – SpatialData object.rotation_angle (
int(default:0)) – horary rotation angleobs_x (
str(default:'center_x')) – x coordinate in sdata.table.obsobs_y (
str(default:'center_y')) – y coordinate in sdata.table.obsobsm_key (
str(default:'spatial')) – key in sdata.table.obsm storing spatial coordinates for squidpy plotstarget_coordinates (
str(default:'microns')) – target_coordinates system of sdata object
